Empowering teens with hands-on beauty training
All hair programs follow age-appropriate safety rules, sanitized tools, safe adhesives as needed, mannequin-first training, and supervised partner practice only when allowed.
TEENs INTRO TO MAKEUP
Students learn the fundamentals of makeup application, including skincare, color matching, eye makeup, brow grooming, and beginner lash application. Classes focus on teen-safe techniques, proper hygiene, and hands-on practice in a supportive learning environment.
Teens INTRO TO LASHES
Students learn lash safety, natural lash care, lash mapping, strip and cluster lash application, removal, and aftercare. Classes include hands-on practice, professionalism, time management, and introductory beauty business concepts in a supportive learning environment.
TEENs INTRO TO EYEBROW GROOMING
Students learn brow grooming, shaping, mapping, threading fundamentals, and eyebrow lamination concepts in a safe, supervised environment. Classes focus on hygiene, self-care, confidence-building.
INTRO TO BRAIDING
Students will explore the art and cultural significance of braiding while learning safe professional techniques and natural hair care fundamentals
INTRO TO HAIR STYLING
Students will learn the hairstyling fundamentals while encouraging creativity, and career exploration while gaining hands-on experience using mannequins while learning professional styling techniques suitable for various hair textures
TEENs INTRO TO NAILS
Discover the fundamentals of professional nail care in a fun, creative, and safe learning environment. Students build foundational skills in nail hygiene, natural nail care, polish application, and beginner nail art while developing confidence, professionalism, and exploring careers in the beauty industry

Our Brow Artistry Program introduces students to professional brow grooming, shaping, mapping, hygiene, sanitation, and client care through safe, hands-on learning while building confidence and exploring beauty careers

INTRO TO BARBERING PROGRAM (PATHWAY TO NYS BARBER LICENSE – AGES 17+)
Introduces students to foundational barbering skills through hands-on learning in a environment aligned with NY State guidelines. Helps prepare students for continued education at a NYS-approved barber school after graduation
Students may explore:
- Clippers, guards & shears
- Tool safety & sanitation
- Clipper-over-comb techniques (mannequins)
- Blending fundamentals
- Sectioning/parting
- Lineups & basic barbering techniques

ACS Programs for Teens & Adults
ACS, DOE & Community Career Programs
All In One Beauti provides supportive, hands-on programs for ACS-referred teens and adults who need structure, stability, routine, and real skill-building opportunities. Our studio offers a safe space where participants can build confidence, gain new skills, and stay engaged in positive activities that support long-term independence.
We work with individuals facing difficult situations — including those needing direction, emotional support, consistency, and opportunities to develop income-producing skills.
Who We Support

Youth who may be

• Struggling emotionally, socially, or academically
• Lacking structure, routine, or positive activities
• Disengaged or frequently absent from school
• Living in stressful or unstable home environments

• Referred for income-producing opportunities

Adult classes can also be offered as 4–6 week structured sessions if an ACS worker prefers consistent weekly scheduling for their client.

Through OPWDD’s Self-Direction program available After school & weekends
Individuals with developmental disabilities can choose to use their budgets to access our beauty training and career development services. Self-Direction gives people the flexibility to design supports that fit their personal goals whether that’s learning new skills, building confidence, or exploring a career in the beauty industry.
